It means ABATE Motorcycle Safety Education Program.
Our goal is to educate the public in being aware of Motorcycles on any road. This program was started to help educate young adults taking Drivers Education class to be aware of Motorcycle Riders on the roadways. But the program has grown to target all ages. We have several levels of Presentations to show to different age groups. We are the only Motorcycle Organization to create a coloring book for children to show children how they can help watch for Motorcycles and their Riders when they are passengers in vehicles. This was turned into a presentation for children between the ages of 2 to 7. It is currently being used in two states. We are always in need of Volunteers to take these programs to Schools, Daycares, Driver Education classes, Colleges, into a Business or even to other Clubs and Organizations to help educate the public to make it safer for Motorcycle Riders and to prevent even one accident. If you would like to make a difference and possible save someone's life then become a volunteer in the Texas ABATE AMSEP program. We will hold a training class in your area and provide you with the materials to put together a Presentation.
